Honest answers

What if InkDesk shuts down?: We give you a 90-day notice and a full data export of your bookings, clients, and invoices in CSV. You will not be left stranded.
What is excluded?: WhatsApp template fees (₹0.30 per template after Meta's free tier) are passed through. When auto-collect deposits ships in v2, InkDesk will charge a 1% transaction fee on top of payment-gateway fees — clearly disclosed before you turn it on. Today, deposits are collected by you offline (UPI / GPay) and tracked in the dashboard.
Do I have to switch from my existing tools?: No. Add InkDesk alongside your current setup. Most owners keep using Google Calendar and add InkDesk for the booking link, deposits, and DM auto-reply.
What if I want a refund?: Email support within 14 days of payment. We refund the ₹999 in full. After 14 days, the deal is final.
Why a founder deal?: We are early. Your ₹999 funds the build and proves the market. In exchange, we lock you in at zero forever. Win-win.
What happens after 50 seats?: The deal closes. Future studios pay regular monthly pricing (₹999-9,999/mo). Founders stay at zero.
Can I transfer my seat?: One transfer allowed if you sell or hand off your studio. Email us with both parties on the thread.
